Type 2 Strange aches/ throb

Hi there,
I am type 2 and over the last couples of days been experiencing what I can describe as dull ache or throb in hands and feet. My blood sugars are usually good but they have been swinging between 6 and 12, is this related?!
 
No one here can actually tell you that, we cannot diagnose you only advise you and my advise would be to discuss this with your doctor. There are many things that can cause your symptoms only your doctor can make a diagnosis.

How long have you had diabetes? Are you taking any medications for diabetes?

Welcome to the forum..

Only your doctor can diagnose make a diagnosis..
However. You haven't been using any high powered hand tools for long periods recently? (Such as a "grinder" or cutter.)
The vibrations of such tools can give a similar sensation in the muscles of the hand/s whilst at rest..
