Hi I am a t2 diabetic on tablets
Can any one help, this has happened to me now 5 times over a six to 7 month period at no particular time of day and I never know when it is going to happen. It starts with the feeling of i don't quite feel myself. I usually feel lighthead, I immediately find the nearest place to sit (luckily so far i've always been at home) pressure start to build up from my upper stomach chest area, No Pain, it races to my head causing pressure on my ear drums and the feeling they are going to explosed, this particular time I had a rapid heart beat which caused me to pant, i was also aware of overwelming heat inside my stomach and chest. While this was happening I took my pulse which was also racing. This condition only lasts a few seconds and even though it really frightens me, after I have no ill affects. I rang N.H.S direct to find out what it could be but the nurse couldn't really give me an answer. Are the symptom similar to hypoglycaemia
Thanks Julie
