Sometimes I get BG readings that don't seem to make any sense.
This afternoon checked blood 8.2. Ate one of those boxes of 3colour/ type melons to see what it did to me. (I know I shouldn't really have had anything else with that level!!) Tested 2 hours later - 6.6!!
I'd had lunch of cheese & ham earlier & hadn't done anything in the interim.
Any ideas?
