Type 2 stress levels

We are all different, but it is very common for stress to affect blood sugar levels.

Are you having problems with your blood sugar control?

I have found that my blood sugar levels are affected by any strong emotion and not just stress. Once I found that one of my experiments had worked just before lunch and I was VERY happy and excited. At the time I was testing before and after meals and I found that I had a huge glucose spike when I tested myself about 15 minutes later. I am a very reactive person, and decided that I would either have to live with the spikes or start practicing Zen meditation...

Yes, stress affects my readings as has been proved through the last year and most recently again due to bereavement.
