Stress

I fully appreciate that everyone is different but how does stress affect BS levels in general, ie what sort of rise could you expect and would this vary as to whether you are on medication or not? No I am not stressed but frequently read comments from people who say they are stressed or others who must be stressed because life is not being kind to them in all sorts of ways.
