I'm having a problem with blood sugar no matter what I eat I can't get my blood sugar to go up and stabilise it's currently at 2 mmol yesterday I went to a hospital appointment at the diabetic clinic I had a hypo none of the staff there hadn't a clue how to help it's either that or they couldn't be bothered there was no food no rescue meds. If it wasn't for someone coming into the clinic by accident I probably would have died

it's currently at 2 mmol
Are you alone right now or do you have someone with you?
If you're at 2 mmol/l right now on a fingerprick test, please get help urgently, be it from a neighbour or from 999.
Unlock your door and call someone.

I hope you're ok. For the future it's important to carry fast acting carbs with you wherever you are. I have them at my bedside and in a bag that I grab on the way out.

Have the hospital team given you guidance on how to adjust your insulin if you're too high or low?

Have you checked your blood sugar with a finger prick?

I have been told how to yes I usually have something to help with low blood sugar but have non tonight. I'm on the freestyle libre2 sensor which right now is being stubborn and saying there's a error

Plain sugar works, as does honey, jam, syrup, even fresh, frozen or dried fruits, milk. Nothing in your cupboards?

I second @Hopeful34 ,please confirm lows with a fingerprick, especially if you do not feel low.
Libre is a very useful tool but not something to 100% rely on.

I was put on the libre2 but my old finger prick tester was taken off me by hospital

With currently no means to test your blood glucose and struggling with your levels, the hospital may be the best place for now.

A boiled egg won't do anything to bring you up, orange juice is pretty much a perfect hypo treatment.
But with your faulty sensor you have no way of knowing if you're hypo or even high.

Have you questioned this? It's your property.
