Struggling with the heat

Over the last week or so I've really been struggling with the heat and humidity. I'm bloated and sweating all the time and I feel exhausted. The only time I feel something like okay is lying on my bed with a fan aimed at me.
The only other time it was this bad was a couple of years ago when I was diagnosed in hospital. My levels are normal but this is really getting me down and work is a nightmare.
Does anyone else get this or have any suggestions?

Think so, about a couple of litres a day. I've cut out the caffeine as well

I have had some pretty high (for me) fasting readings during the past couple of week which I attribute to hot nights. A fan should certainly help. We probably need to drink more water than we think. For that reason I keep a count of water and try for 8-10 glasses throughout the day.

I came across this: http://180degreehealth.com/bloating-inflammation-and-humidity/ so maybe others more qualified may be able to comment on the worth of the contents.

You need to drink at least 2 litres in normal weather and increase that in hot humid weather. We lose approximately 500mls per day insensible loss in sweat, breathing etc and if sugars are elevated even more. Aim to drink at least 2.5 to 3 litres in hot weather and even more if humidity is high.
