Hi. I'm sorry to hear of your various health problems. I hope you are getting some help with your bipolar disorder. I do IT support work for the local Mind charity and know of the excellent work they do for people with various mental health problems; there should be one in your area if you are not already getting support. I guess you know how important it is to keep your blood sugar low particularly if you have kidney problems so do seek as much support from the GP etc as you can. Good luck and take care.

Hello kelbels I so sorry to hear of your on going problems. It can be a complete shock to the system. I'm Type 1 as well for 24 years and there have been days when I hate diabetes with a passion. It's not unusual to feel that way about diabetes, it is for life with constant injections and finger pricking, and it can feel so overwhelming.

There are lots of members on here who have or are going through similar problems and I have found this forum to be very helpful for advice and support.

You have so much going on right now, with your other medical problems, but I wish you good luck and best wishes.

RRB :)

ps There is a lovely Inspirational thread on here, if you have time, and only if you want to, have a look through, there are some lovely posts to read that may help x
