Hi @Lulu9101112. I just wanted to add to many of the supportive and helpful posts regarding 'struggling'.
It's about having a coping mechanism, or more and using them at the time. You may feel hurt, upset, wronged, frustrated, very angry too, but with more help and support I'm sure you could get right balance.
Life can be very difficult at times, things get confusing and jumbled up, so you need to channel your feelings into something more positive.
This is NOT a criticism, hopefully some support and advice which might be helpful.
Here's a couple of links for you :

You been hit by drivers and you have an episode by kicking their cars as a response?

No, there was an incident with an alleged collision.

But from what I make of it, the rage is vented on random parked cars due to previous alleged bullying at school & in the streets by youths.. & a frustration with family dynamics..

Yep, I can relate to being put through the ringer for being a bit "different" to some folk.

Just don't see the logic in disenfranchising the rest of society as a response.. :)

Because Society is full of BS!

And adds to the stress of everyday life.

You would go mad too if your life was dictated to you by your social & economic level to the point that you're deprived of the most basic human needs, im not even talking about housing, or food, but to be treated with dignity and respect.

Throw in your health problems
Mabe throw in that you were making progress but your financial situation stopped you from socialising or even getting retrained

Throw in these few kinks in to your life and it will only damage you and your mind

Then add the fact you might not come from a well off family that was supportive

Or you were an outcast in school

It all builds up, to the point you're forced in to an extreme state of living, i wouldnt even say living, I'd say you're thrown in to an extreme survival mode

Where common sense and reasoning has no place.

You're then faced with 2 further issues.

Isolation

Judgement

So your coping mechanism is literally broken if you take all these factors in to consideration, yet these are only some of the very few examples of what 1 person might go through.

No I actually didn’t do anything that day that was last year. I was talking about when idiots damaged my bike back earlier this month as soon as I they started calling me names and kicking and damaging after using as a block I kicked there car to try to set the alarm off without physically damaging it to try to draw people’s attention but it didn’t work and then after trying to steal bike and damaging further that’s when I had enough and kicked their car and something scared them off as they drove off

For clarity. Did the occupants of the car attempt to steal your bike?

exactly and PDA also doesn’t help

although I kind of realise if I just sorted out when my dad hit and called me names etc mostly during childhood. Mabye then I wouldn’t be having. this issue. I sometimes wonder if my older brother if having similar issues ive tried asking him on Facebook to try and get out sibling relationship back together and help each other but he never replies or speaks to me. It didn’t help In childhood we didn’t know the language or the local emergency number in the other countries we lived in and well Singapore was when I got diagnosed with diabeties. So I had that to deal with that as well and well school in Spain was all in Catalan and I didn’t know any of that language. We were young so we couldn’t just get help on our own due to our parents and well our relatives were far away at the time. So we had no clue what to do back then. I think this is probably another reason when Incidents happen I’m reluctant to talk about stuff or even when I’ve had incidents in town I’ve reluctant to call the services even though I know the local number and know I should but still it kind of reminds me off my childhood and I’m afraid if I mention about my dads behaiovur they’ll want to contact the Netherlands police especially as I feel like my half brother could be treating the same way. I don’t even know if. police can contact other police in other countries. I would hate for my dad to get arrested because in case he just needs help but he should learn it’s not the right way to treat and daughter and son and now they have a dog if he is treating my half brother badly if the dog senses something it could end up attacking my dad in defence of half brother who’s only 6.
Etc../

Well hopefully he will get back in contact with you soon, I don't know, just take each day as it comes, see what happens, can't even say things will get better, just hope there is a light at the end

Where these occupants known to you from the school days?
Nope I googled there car reg through dvla number check and it says it was first registered in 2008 so quite recent compared to other number plates I’ve googled randomly through same system which Is ussually year 1999 or lower. So unless it was a new car but it didn’t look that new unless I couldn’t tell due to it being dark at the time

Ah, OK. Thanks. The "gov. uk" number check really won't tell you a lot. Only MOT, tax status & the possibility of the vehicle being written off..

Do you look up vehicle number plates online regularly?

It will be the same as the Qld. Rego Check app, just if the car, truck, etc is registered up to date. It will also tell you the vin number of said vehicle.

No name and address of the owner to rant at though, only Queensland Police have that info and they will not pas that on.

Yep, I have a friend uses the gov.uk site to check on certain validity aspects of vehicles, if he's considering or planning a purchase of the motor. The DVLA will not give further details to the gen public.

Only the law have access to the details of the registered keeper.. & even then they can get it wrong.
Once had CID knocking on my door about a vehicle I sold for scrap years ago. Lucky for me I had kept the sale documents along with some stuff on the current vehicle. & so ended the enquiry.
I fancy it was a "cloned plate." ;)

Hi Lulu,

Are you coming down with a cold or flu? Mucas build up can cause pressure regarding nosebleeds for some.
Have you been handling animal feed in large quantities? Sometimes dust from the feed can affect respiratory too?

The nosebleed stopped luckily.
I manage to fall asleep yesterday but not till 1am I stil feel the same way. The last time I was volunteering at animal park was Wednesday. I was cleaning out some juvenile chicks and capybara that day in the afternoon I’m helped with an event where kids can handle bugs and beasts. Slugs and sun beetles and then feeding which was mostly dead chicks too the meerkats skunks raccoon etc.. .I have a little bit of a cold and was sneezing a lot last week instead of coughing but that’s gone the sneezing. I doubt it’s the flu as I’ve recently had my flu jab. The sharp pain as slightly gone and turned more into a ache now and slight in my back too. I’m not going to volunteering at dog place today even though I haven’t been there for last 2 Sundays because I dive feel 100% everytime j cough Almost too the point I feel sick but just cough up a lot of mucus so far and I feel the pain more and my voice sounds weird and keep getting sweaty and very warm no reason

Hi,

You may have a chest infection? Fair few things going about. If you've been working with kids? That maybe "patient zero."

Lol, cynical, moi?? All I know is I've had less occurances since I stopped working in that sector..

Flu jab wise is normally a vaccination against particular anticipated strains.?

If it carries on..? Here is some NHS info on coughs. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/cough/

i don’t know I’m around young kids when I’m volunteering at animal park as there visitors and in sports centre work there customers but it’s not exactly work as in a school or nursery etc.. although saying that weds as it was half term there was an event where kids can handle bugs etc.. I helped out with that. What’s kids got too do with it though? But I suppose so unless you catch soemthing from an animal. As far as I know no animal have been sick unless they haven’t caught signs of it. (Although the ver has recently been in dont know why just heard my head of department mentioning that) but that’s could just be for the animals vaiccinations

I suppose if you work outside generally a lot and with animals or kids your probably prone too getiing coughs infections. I also cycle a lot. Quite a few staff were off on Wednesday
