Stuck

That is a very big question and one that can't really be answered in one go.

If you give us a bit more detail of your problems then we may be able to help more. Let us know soemthing about basal/bolus doses, testing regime, carb intake, any other medical issues, have you done DAFNE, exercise. There's a whole load to talk about

Hiya Tashiee, and welcome
Ok, what are your blood glucose levels like through out the day ?

Have you noticed a pattern ?

Is this since you have been on a pump ?
Sorry for the questions, but they give a starting point for possible help

Honest I don't really test because I hate seeing at I have high numbers but in slowly getting bk I. To testing , no matter what I do my sugar's are always high I hate it , it makes me feel ill and upset and angry with everyone

What pump are you using?

Are you confident at changing your basals and bolus etc?

I'm sure you already know this, but not testing won't help you. Instead of being able to see when you are high, try and spot the patterns/causes and take action, you'll still be high, but have no idea about it and no chance of changing it.

As a behavioural change, perhaps you could try and see the high readings as an opportunity to get it right next time? Thousands of engineers and scientists have just seen failure as a method of eliminating something unsuccessful, getting them closer to the solution.

Since I've been in the pump my sugars have been up an down

Not a pump user myself, but a book that comes highly recommended on this and other forums is a book called Pumping Insulin by John Walsh & Ruth Roberts, also Think Like a Pancreas is a good book for people on MDI and pumps.

Perhaps @nicolanne1994 will come along as she is near your age and has some better results recently for herself, so perhaps she can offer some advice as well from a youngsters point of view
