hi im type 2 diabetic and have a hectic few weeks coming up and I was going to give success express a go but my consultant has just said its not recommended for diabetics has anyone done this with slimming world please advise
 
Well the recipes that I looked at all seemed to be low carb so unless I missed something I don;t understand why your doctor says "not recommended".

it as my consultant that said it wasn't recommended as its too much fruit and veg as you can only snack on super free foods which is fruit and veg
 
Ah that makes sense then for the fruit but the veg should be ok
 
Get your self a Nutribullets fruits contain pectin not man made sugars .. Spinach , kale tomatoes with quarters of apples I've lost over 4 stone check your blood regularly then you will succeed ::)))
