A quick check of the scales has revealed results!

As of last Monday morning I came in at 20st 8lb

Today...

20st 2lb

A rather pleasing 6lb in just a week!

My body isn’t showing the results yet but things are happening!

Going to try a 0 carb week (or as very close as possible) just to see if there’s any difference from my current aim of under 140g - 175g of carbs a week.

Should I find it difficult can anyone suggest any little pick me ups other than the cheese, meats etc?

Great weight loss in a week! Well done.

What do you intend to eat on a zero carb week? That will restrict you to meat and fish only with a little dairy.
 
Be prepared for some keto flu. (Withdrawal from carbs) Drink lots extra and make sure electrolytes are maintained (salts). I’ve seen pickle juice recommended but I think that’s still just a way to get salts (magnesium and potassium esp). Eat fats for energy if needed. You may feel a false hypo if bgl drops significantly below what you’re used to. Check to make sure it’s not a real one though.
