alright fasting bg 68, insulin 6, and hba1c is %4.17. 50 ml ketones in urine(probably from Atkin's diet). You can officially add me to the insulin resistance success stories board lol:):). I guess weight training was the actual solution to this.
I also probably had these problems due to low bg and ketonuria
