Was diagnosed with prediabetes A1C came out as 5,8% 3 months ago was told to make lifestyle changes, exercise, diet.. to be honest fatigue has got the best of me it’s been 6months feeling lethargic, tired, body pain and don’t feel the urge even at work I’m struggling. Now all of a sudden I’ve now got an increase of floaters in both went to the eye doctor in January complaining about floaters. They said the exam is fine but my vision it’s slowly getting worse especially at night. What’s should I do anyone been in a situation like this before?

I had a large floater right in the centre of my left eye at new year. It is still there.
Floaters become more common as we age but the optician I saw (an emergency appointment) said I should always get them checked if I saw flashes of light inside my eye. Luckily my retina is fine although coping with it is more than a mild nuisance.
If your vision is getting worse I suggest you see an optician rather than a GP, who can advise if you need a referral to a hospital team. I refused as the only treatments for floaters aren't risks I wanted to take - at the moment.
