Sudden low blood sugar

Anyone had sudden blood sugar. Woke up for work. Tested before I drove which was 5.2. Half away there felt funny. Got to work which is only a 15 minute drive. Tested as I was sweating and could feel the heart going fast and was 3.4. First time ever of this happening

I think everyone on insulin has this every once in a while.
If it happens again, please pull over at the first reasonable safe place, pull the keys from the contact and treat the hypo, don't attempt to keep driving!
It's both dangerous and illegal.
