It’s a personal preference on artificial ones and even some of the sugar alcohols. Maltitol used in many bars because it’s the cheapest sugar alcohol spikes some people’s blood sugars and has some very unpleasant digestive side effects.

So check the carbs and which sweetener and test against your meter and stomach reaction. And consider if they start cravings off or resolve them.
 
Hi. Look at the list of ingredients on any foods and keep all carbs down and not just sugar. Beware of sugar substitutes such as Maltitol and honey etc which are all carbs.
