Sugar in cooking

Just wondered if any of you who make your own biscuits as I do, have you used liquid sweetener instead of regular sugar, and protein powder ??
I found a recipe with both of them in but no actual plain flour

Yes I've used stevia liquid but not protein powder. Use fibreflour.

I use Pure Via; they have a range of "sugar" for different uses. So far, so good - My next experiment is going to be meringue.
