Hi all .I was diagnosed type 2 in Oct 16 and then correctly diagnosed type 1 in the following April as I have a gene defect that killed off my pancreas . My question is that I will been fairly stable sugar wise with tablets and insulin but a after a recent change in meds I've started having a lot of hypos .three today . I was on novorapid and levemir with 2000mg of Metformin, 80mg simvastatin, 5mg ramipril, and 50mg sertraline . Now had my Metformin reduced to 1000mg and am now taking 20mg of buscopan four times a day for ibs . Has any one else had a drop like that?? Mine have ranged between 2.4 and 9.6 today and dropping as quick as I can get them up
