I am finding that my sugar levels are higher if I do not eat during the day, then as soon as I eat my sugar level drops. Does this mean that fasting is not really a good thing? I was reading on Living.com that for diabetics it is best to eat a breakfast as our sugar levels are more likely to be lower during the course of the day until lunch. I must admit, mine is higher if I do not eat. Do others have this same occurrence? Living.com also said that this is why our sugar levels are higher upon waking because we have not eaten. http://www.livestrong.com/article/418484-foods-that-dont-raise-sugar-levels-for-diabetes/
