Type 2 Sugar

Hi Debbie- years ago I went from 2 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee and tea to nothing. However, I gradually reduced the amount a little each day for about 10 days until I was at zero. Now I HATE the taste of sugar in my beverages. You can DO it!

referring to the outside universal color of the packets that common sugar substitutes come in. By the way, the blue stuff, aspartame, I learned about in articles posted on the walls of my sons' pediatrician's office in the 80s. They've known about it that long

You can't take 500x the amount. That's why I use this particular kind

As for Splenda, there are whole websites devoted to the stuff. Lemme do a oen mintue google search and see what I immediately come up with . Other stuff is searched through Medline and NIH

A friend who was a herbalist and a very wise man showed me how to cut down my sugar .I put onto a saucer how much sugar I would have had in my tea in a day (3spoonful in many cups) ! But he told me (after the shock had died down ) to cut down just about 1/2 a spoon full or a little less each week which I did and now if someone has even stirred a sugary drink and then stirred my tea I can taste it .The sight of such a pile of sugar going into my body every day was a revelation
