Hi all I have recently started on insulin 8ui at night and everything was going fine till a few days ago when a migraine hit and then my blood sugars started playing up I’m in single figures one min well within the range then I have something to eat and my sugars after 2 or so hours are double. Could I be fighting something or is it a glitch. Today I don’t even feel hungry and again migraine so tested and 11.1 and that’s 12 hours since eating last night

Pain causes stress which raises blood sugar. Some pain relief drugs increase my blood sugar (my DSN said they shouldn't but I've tested it out and they definitely do increase mine).

It could be the migraine itself raising your levels or it could be the pain relief, or both.
