Suggestions for Snacks when out and about

Nuts - Almonds are especialy nice - but any mix would do (try to avoid the ones with dried fruit though) sunflower or pumpkin seeds too

Lidl sell loose roasted almonds and they are very nice to eat

I've never been a big fan of almonds.. I might just try some.
I love Cashews but learned recently that of all the nuts, they are the carby ones.

Walnuts?

For an alternative to all our nut suggestions, I've seen people suggesting Baby Bel cheese or small pepperoni sticks as good "portable" snacks.

I get mine by the box from Amazon. I keep them in the freezer because they last longer!

But Boots and Asda sell them too.

Have ordered some online... will try freezing them.

when we are going out in the car and the petrol station is likely to be the only option, i cut cheddar into little cubes, wrap them in foil and munch on them when im peckish
