I am looking for cheap and easy recipes for Diabetics but also with the least amount of ingredients, ANY SUGGESTIONS ???

Real foods, meat, fish, shellfish eggs and cheese are all good starting points, then add in low carb veges in amounts you can cope with.

i bought some low carb pasta and wraps from carbzone to put chicken steak etc with salad
i all so made meat meatballin source to put in the low carb wraps make ur own source
but i agree bacon eggs steak for quick and easy
