Sunshine again

Sadly I am having to buy my sunshine from Holland and Barrett at the moment. Looking forward to getting the real thing soon though

Will need Sunshine, little recent evidence round here..... and not catch a skin cancers, which are on the increase in some parts of Scotland...
but I do like a bit of sun when ever possible.

Is this something we are going to have to fund ourselves along with meters?

I'm going to stand on Zanzibar

Sunshine? What's sunshine? Oh, wait, we did have a lovely day the other day, nearly 8 hrs of it I think. Is that enough? 20 mins of sunshine may lift the spirits and give a dose of Vit D (a different one according to @DavidGrahamJones's link), but cutting T2 risk? In mice, perhaps. Having lived abroad (including Zanzibar many moons ago, @SueJB - nice climate. Good choice!) it hasn't helped me or my parents. Or countless others who have far more of the lovely yellow rays than we do in this rainy corner of the Universe.
