Supplements for Eye Health

Hi - does anyone take any supplements to help with eye health. I’ve been taking bilberry and Lutein supplement for a year now but I have recently heard of Pycnogenol to have success with Diabetic Retinopathy (apparently it is prescribed in France)?

I have the beginnings of AMD.
Optician recommended a daily supplement Nutrof Total.

There are loads of different things in this.
I have no idea which, if any, are doing me good but I'm taking them just in case.
Which is a kinda lazy way to do stuff.
