I joined my gym about 6 weeks ago with a goal of losing 5kgs in a three month time frame ( I currently weigh 58kgs). I go 4-5 days a week doing a mix of cardio and body pump classes - I push myself hard when I'm there too. I'm feeling a bit frustrated as I'm still exactly the same weight I started at 6 weeks ago. I'm eating more food but it's healthy food. Are there any supplements which will accelerate my weight loss? x x
