The question is as simple as that. Can I eat Sushi.

I knwo the low carbers will be saying, no, as it has rice, but, I still feel that whislt getting use to this big change in my life. I cant cut our EVERYTHING.

For me, I have been really good this week. I am still eating some potatoes, but cut down on both the quantity, and frequency.
 
I'm as strict a lo-carber as they come (besides the odd slip up, like yesterday... :oops: ), and I'll occassionally allow myself some Sushi. I love the stuff! Just don't go too mad on it. You'll know how filling even a small portion of Sushi is - but try to eat a lot of Sashimi, too. The rice they use for Sushi rolls usually has extra sugar to make it good n' sticky, so just be aware of that when you're grabbin' plates.

Sashimi is the way forward, my friend!

What I wouldn't give for some Red Snapper Sashimi w/Wasabi n' soy right now...
