Sweats during the night

Hi , just wondered if anyone else experiences sweats/ hot flushes during the night.

I'm a 50 year old women and can't figure out if it's the menopause or something to do with my diabetes. The sweats/ flushes don't happen during the day, usually early morning.

I did every night untill I got my blood glucose down to normal average levels again... now I never have them

used to have 3 blankets to change around as they got filled with sweat

Yes I have had the same. It has something to do with glucose levels. Look up some of the threads already posted.

Ok thank you, I'll certainly have a look. Very rarely use this forum but I think I'll be on it everyday, there seems a lot of useful information.
