@adam50 what have you considered trying to eat to replace the junk food? High carbs give me sweats when coming down on insulin.
High carb can even be 2-3 scoops of mash potato. Saucer of cooked pasta or similiar size rice. Bread not so much for me but I've never been a big bread or crisp eater.
I am a high protein eater but trying to cut back. No sweats on high protein just late high bgs.
You would surprisingly find cutting out potato, rice, bread and cereal, oh and pasta/pizza base just as beneficial to getting rid of your sweats.
The sweats are your bodies way of getting rid of excess sugar/carb producing fluids along side urinating frequently. These all cause dehydration.
High carbs = sugary cravings (not as emotional as you might first think)
Cravings can be relentless on a high carb way of life.
Don't knock yourself. Carbs are the enemy not you!
