Swedish study on pumps v MDI

But would I trade it in for MDI's again? Not a chance, the flexability is incredible, the tiredenss and fatigue I had on MDI's is gone and I feel like a new person.

Will they work for everyone? No, some will just refuse to have something attached to them 24/7, but I would recommed everyone gives them a go if given the opportunity.

... Interesting, thanks the_exile... Also interesting you feel less tired on the pump - do you know why that is? Is it because you're having fewer highs and lows...?

It seems to be widely accepted that if your control is full of highs and lows, and swings all about the place, it takes it's toll on your body. The stability and predictability the pump has provided would look to have done me the world of good in that respect.

On the basis of my few months' experience, I certainly find that good, even control = feeling energized, versus seesawing ups and downs when one has accidents = feeling wiped out.
