No not at all! You'd have to like cinnamon of course which I do. Some recipes added more cinnamon but 1/4 tsp was enough for me!Very unusual combination, was the taste not overpowering?

Indeed, you have to be careful to cook the eggs to the stage of being a little underdone in a microwave, as they continue cooking on removal. They can easily go rubbery.Very good, yes I think any more than 1/4 tsp would be too much.
Still prefer scrambled eggs done in a pan rather than a microwave.
Good plan! Oh now I'm picturing cinnamon omelette with double cream and strawberries. Just use them as an alternative to pancakesYou can make sweet omelettes using the same mixture.
That sounds good I love ham and pineapple combinationAnother sweet recipe with eggs is Ham / Pineapple / poached eggs. Toast the pineapple rings or slice, top with chopped ham (low fat) and then cover with a poached egg. This is a Sunday breakfast special.
I just bought these for a low carb coffee cake recipe. Might these work in the custard?Should have no problem in making the "custard" mix for the egg tarts without any sugar. Fresh Vanilla pod or a few drops of orange essence will give the mixture a boost.
