So I want to ask about Sweeteners


Are they dangerous to health ?

There’s a lot of debate about this. I use them, but sparingly - the odd Diet Coke and xylitol in some of my cooking. I’ve tested and neither spikes my blood sugar.
 
I think the problem is psychological. If you are trying to give up sweet things to lower carbs, then it is best to lay off anything that's sweet, so you don't keep your sweet tooth. Also, there are some reports that the body generates insulin just on the sweet taste, rather than by detecting actual carbs.
Again abstinence is a lot easier than controlled consumption, ask any alcoholic.

I have never drunk alcohol in my life
 
No offence h but I had to chuckle at your above answer to the example from b-t-e..
I use for my T and Coffee's.. Take care Dude..
Ingredients
The main ingredient of Sweetex is sodium saccharin, the solid form of the non-nutritive sweetener saccharin.

Saccharin is several hundred times sweeter than table sugar but unlike the latter, it has no calories. It typically used to sweeten hot and cold drinks, rather than baked goods or other foods.
