I am curious if anyone else has had or currently deals with swelling of the face that sometimes comes with blurry vision. And does the vision clear up when your face goes back to normal. I have kidney disease so I am used to slight swelling in the ankles, legs, and stomach area, but the face swelling is new. Its at its worst when i first wake up and kinda goes down as the day goes on,then back again the next morning and it always seems to be accompanied by blurry central. Doctor just said to cut back on sodium but I havnt changed anything in my diet. I was just wondering if anybody has dealt or has deals with this and if things got better or what you did to help it get better. Thanks for any input.

Are you on any steroids for your kidney problems? I was on prednisone and this gave me the same problems the swollen face they called Moon face one of the side effects from the drugs but they might treat kidneys with other drugs nowadays but it was mainly in the mornings these problems occurred .
