Symptoms of Type 3c

I've only just learned about Type 3c as a result of a piece on some new research. I was diagnosed with Type 2 in 2000 with frequent urine output as the main symptom. Are there other symptoms that are specific to Type 3c?

What are the parameters of type 3c? With pancreas or without? I had the Whipple procedure, so became diabetic overnight.
The only symptoms I remember was a feeling of pressure of being 8 months pregnant and bouts of constipation and diarrhea.
I wish there had been pain or something that would have caught my attention more.
