hello, im a 27 year old male, iv always seemed to have a week bladder, and drunk alot of fluid, but in the last 4 weeks or so its been more so, also im tired after 4 oclock and had itchynesson the end of my little fella also had a couple of lumpy spots on my back, any ideas???? my urin sample had no sugar in, but im havind a blood test in a few days. thanks.

No one here can make a diagnosis I'm afraid you have to get that from your own GP who should know all your medical history, we are just a bunch of diabetics helping each other control our diabetes.
You might like to have a look at the sticky thread "Basic Information For Newly Diagnosed Diabetics" in the Greetings and Introductions section, you'll find a lot of useful info there if it turns out you are diabetic.
Good luck with your blood test.
