Depends on that day's activities and work, but 120g would be incredibly low, a Sunday perhaps. Wouldn't go over 250g a day as a rule it would just make me feel bloated and uncomfortable.
Tried more for about 6 months a few years ago. Advised to eat pasta n bread.......that was seriously wrong for me.
Due to slow colonic transit I have had to change my foods. Survive mainly on a green salad n fish n 1/4 melon each day at a max now.. Or homemade smoothies n soup.
Carbs now can be anywhere really between 50 to 120g EXCLUDES milk on coffees n teas...
150 -200 a day. But then...what we count as carbs differs too. Some bolus for melon and beans while others don't have to. I'd be somewhere in that range though I think most would agree.

Agree with what we count as carbs.. My salads when I can eat them add up to 20 and yet when I was first diagnosed 30+ years ago I was told not to count salad veg..
Generally 45g for breakfast, 30g for lunch and dinner. I eat snacks when my libre says I'm going low, so this varies depending on how I'm doing on a particular day. So maybe 150g per day for a typical day?
