T2 and abnormal amounts of insulin

Hi im a T2 diabetic and on 1g Metformin 2x daily and 120 novo rapid and 120 levemir 2x a day yet my blood sugars are still crazy like. I cannot go onto Byetta because I also suffer with IBS, need advice as some days i have pacman syndrome and others i have to force myself to eat because i cannot face the thought of eating anything. I would drastically cut my carbs, I would google the atkins induction diet for a food list and recipes.
they say the atkins/LCHF diet is also good for IBS.

Hi and welcome. Those levels of insulin are extremely high and it's likely you have very high insulin resistance. Are you overweight? If so you must drastically reduce your carbs ASAP. AS and when your weight reduces, do be prepared to reduce your insulin in line with meter readings. Exercise is also important of course
