T2 D runner, 72 yr old started adding 2.5g of creatine monohydrate during breakfast.

I've lost 50kg over the past year and a half. I've noticed my quads have expanded. I do squats 10x3 a couple of times a day. Haven't told my doctor I've started taking Creatine yet. However I spoke to the pharmacist about it yesterday and he said just to make sure I drink plenty of water. I live with ugly depression for years but don't like medication. I often retreat to bed. but just as often the running brings me up.
