T2 weight loss by cutting out some carbs

As I have posted before I have lost a little over 4 stones and managed to come off the insulin treatment I was put on at diagnosis just by eating less food and making GI choices where ever possible.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>I found the opposite, that it was easier to reduce than to stop on the basis that diabetes is for life and I had to find a new lifestyle rather than a diet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
