You are not alone Lizy!!! Midnight feasts are a norm for me as well, and, no way I can go to sleep with a rumbling tommy, even if it is silly hours in the morning!! Am on Glucophase as well, which I take with a very small evening meal. (Perhaps we should eat more during the day)? But my body clock won't have it! Oh well, have a Ryvitta with organic peanut butter, this should do the trick!
