No cakes, biscuits etc., smaller (much smaller) portions of spuds, rice, pasta, bread etc. To be fair, eggs and bacon more often instead of toast & marmalade and soup instead of sandwiches. My main meals are pretty much as before, though as said with fewer carbs on the side and a more sensible dessert (usually).I always joked that I had a very good diet, the problem being that I also ate a bad diet as well!</blockquote>
