It’s been in the mid to high 8’s all day!!!!! (it’s about 2 pm). Measured after waking, then 2 hours after “breakfast”, on the hour after that even though I’m hating using up so many strips. Yesterday Lunch: 110g prosciutto and 80g hard cheese Dinner: 300g prawns, 186g broccolini and a dipping sauce made from whole egg mayonnaise with some Huy Yong chili garlic sauce stirred in, then 40g cheese for dessert. Net carbs about 15g, net calories after exercise about 700, I know apps aren’t always accurate though so whatever the app says I’ve burned I reduce that by about 10% to be on the safe side. This morning I was hungry so I had a spoonful of full cream. Has my glucose kept so high because of the fat? Too scared to eat anything for the rest of the day.
