6.0. I was planning to fast yesterday, but I had my appointment with my GP and I felt a little bit judged when I told her I'd been losing weight so quickly by not eating enough. So I ate a dinner of mushrooms and zucchini, seasoned with garlic and onion powder (yes I know these powders are carby), some Parmesan and a drizzle of cream. According to MFP it came to about 800 calories (I'm doing a one meal a day routine and SUPPOSEDLY eating every other day), and I also did cardio for about 45 minutes. But then I felt guilty about eating when I'd resolved not to, and threw some of it up. So I really have no idea what my calorie intake yesterday actually was. I expected purging would have shot my glucose up, but my pre meal was in the mid 4's, and when I tested straight after purging it was still that. I know this wasn't a good thing to do. I'm overweight currently but also have a history of anorexia and bingeing/purging, or purging even when I haven't binged, so I need to be mindful of that. The good news is this is the first time I've done it since diagnosis two weeks ago so I'm trying not to kick myself too hard.
