Now I let that go. </p><p>Looking at swimming but the pools in my area are a bit naff or not open sadly oh the joys.</p><p>Have been thinking of weights too as I did in the past.</p><p>that should be interesting if I do of for a google and then bed as I like a routine of reps to do.
