I have been on LCHF for a few weeks but today due to ferrying family to airport and missed flights etc there wasent time to cook so decided to get a take away
The problem was what on earth could we get !
We ended up with fish and chips but please folks what could we have had alternatively ?
Suggestions please

I go for the mixed doner and chicken minus the pita bread also. the local kebab shop give extra doner when i ask for no pita bread

From the chippie I get the fish but ditch most of the batter.. maccyd's burger chuck the bun and fries, chinese crisy duck.. indian chicken tikka with a veg side dish.. cauliflower, spinach or aubergine (brinjal). There's usually something everywhere.

I have never been a fan of takeaway food here in Australia, the fish and chip shops would not have clue on cooking chips properly.

Soggy plurry things. :meh:

When I worked at the mines we had a shop run by the BSD Clubhouse that did great bacon and egg burgers that I was rather partial to at crib time.

Not T2 friendly now though...
