I am doing a project on gestational diabetes, and I am looking for some of you lovely mothers to take part in a short questionnaire about your diet.
I won’t take up too much of your time as you only need to fill it out once, and all responses are anonymous so you won’t need to provide contact or identity details.
It’s completely free and once the research is complete, I will post the findings in this thread so that you can see it.
