Now i've got your attention !

How about donating the money you would normally spend on takeaway coffee in one week to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation instead ?

I am planning a scary and insane leap from a plane on 3rd August at Brackley and as this charity is the only one really making great headway in finding a cure for type 1 then let's help each other to find a cure - I would feel greatly honoured if my forum buddies would support me please, even if it's a few £1's - take's 2 minutes ;)

By the way it's not me in the picture as I haven't done it yet but have been told it looks like me !!

Please take a few minutes to sponsor me - I thought posting on this forum would encourage people to think about donating to JDRF so it would be great if someone/anyone could..

;) Thank you in advance if you can.

Hi Justine, I've donated £10, hope this helps and I hope this inspires others to donate :)

Thank you so much - that's really kind, gives me even more encouragement to do this insane act :happy::happy:

By the way I will be getting pictures too - so will post them once completed, otherwise you are welcome to join me..

Slight problem I have never bought a takeaway coffee in my life, so JDRF wont benefit from me :)

Lol - knew there would be someone !!! :p

I would of said chocolate but there would of been 0 to slim chance of anyone falling into that category !!

JuicyJ, good on you. I'm skint so I'm afraid I can't do more than bump your post and strongly agree that JDRF is the diabetes charity that really needs support.

Remember to tuck and roll!

Bless your cotton socks Spiker, you have supported me enough already with that reply, although what on earth is a tuck and roll ?!

Good luck Dave and well done for doing your bit, hope it is a best.

I would run if I could but have 0 stamina, can sprint short distances namely to the pub in the dark or racing to work in the morning but marathons are for epic people, at least all I have to do is get pushed out of the plane here.. Lol... Scared really...!!

A good charity the JDRF, I made a donation last year through this very forum, I won a Kindle in the Christmas Prize Draw and asked Giverny if she would auction the Kindle off to the highest bidder and donate the money to JDRF, every little helps as Tesco's would say so well done Juicy & Dave :)

Just to prove all the guys "in black" aren't all satan worshiping stoners.. I've been involved in these JDRF gigs for the past couple of years..

Good luck with yours Jucy! Personally I'd rather be jumping out of a plane than this racket...! Lol
