I am on 2 metform tabets each day. My hba1c is 6.2 (prev 6.9) which my gp says is ok.
But due to bad circulation in my feet ie very cold or hot, I have been given 75ml asprin to take each day which my gp says will help. Wondered if this is ok with Metform, and can it help circulation problems in the long term?

Re: Takign Asprin

I take aspirin daily as well as Metformin SR [2 x 750mg] and I've had no problems. Your GP would know you're on Metformin so I think it's ok.

The aspirin acts a bit like a blood thinner and anti-clogging so that may help your circulation.
