Taking CENTRUM AND FOOT PAIN

I have been taking CENTRUM FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS and I have had more foot pain than ever, this is the only thing I have changed and I seem to have a weird taste in my mouth. I also get bumps on the top of my foot. I get pain in the top of my foot. Any ideas?
 
If Centrum is the only thing that has changed, why don't you stop taking it to see if your foot improves?

Centrum is probably one of the cheaper multivitamins out there, so I wouldn't really be convinced by the quality of their ingredients.
