Before dinner bloods have dropped to 8.00

Dinner was broccoli and sliced green beans in butter and double cream with asparagus and home made tandoori masala chicken
I will take a reading at 9, hope it is good news.

I always had to have a ‘bite’ of something low carb i in the morning. Just enough to elicit a small insulin response or I’d continue to rise.

Now, insulin dependent, I still need to eat something upon rising or my bg will keep rising regardless of taking insulin.

Nice looking meals. I find I need to take about 3.5 units rapid when I first wake up. That will keep BG's level until I first eat which is often at lunch time.
